I like dying my hair and cutting my hair and this relates to my short attention span. I like wearing too much eyeliner although I’ve never really figured out how to apply it properly. I like underground music like emo, screamo and hardcore but I’ll listen to anything, listen to contemporary urban gospel or Disney Channel boy bands, so one thing you can’t say about me is that my music taste isn’t eclectic. I like to watch old ‘80s movies and zombie movies and all kinds of movies, I’ll watch anything and I’ll listen to anything and read anything, but movies like Resident Evil, 28 Days Later and Dawn of the Dead are always good, by the same token I’ll love you if you’ll sit with me and watch The Breakfast Club, Say Anything or Pretty In Pink. Sometimes I buy CDs with no idea of what the band sound like, just because I like their name or the artwork, and when I buy a CD that I haven’t heard before, even if I know the band, I like to open the CD sleeve and read the lyrics with poetry. They sound so much different when you don’t already have the tune in your head. I like to say I’m a compulsive liar, and life’s more interesting when you don’t believe the truth. I find that people will believe anything if you say it with a straight face. Horror reassures me of life, because nothing in real life is as bad as what you can watch on TV. I find everything in the world interesting but I won’t always point it out, and I believe in God, too. It’s an important part of me but it’s not something I’ll try to force onto other people, because it’s their choice and decision to make and I respect that. I’m just glad that I’ve got my faith, because it’s not something I can see myself doing without. Let’s party.
